    The Recognition

The sentence always starts the same way.

    “I know…”

I know he's different. I know I'm safe. I know my childhood is over. I know my thoughts aren't true. You have said all of it and meant every word. Your body still hasn't agreed.

    The Gap

    “I know he's safe.”

And you still read the text three times, looking for the tone that changed.

    Three Ways In

Three doors open. No wrong choice.

    Rooted

    $400

One session, 90 to 120 minutes. For a specific knot — a fear, a pattern, a memory that still runs the show. You'll get the recording and a written summary afterward.

    Ryze

    $750

    $375 a session

Two sessions, 90 to 120 minutes each. Enough room to get past the first layer, which is usually not the one doing the work. Recording and written summary after each.

    Align

    $2,100

    or three payments of $700 · $350 a session

Six sessions across three months — the lowest rate I offer. The rhythm is the point; long gaps let old patterns settle back in. Recording and written summary after each, a hypnosis audio I record for you, and voice and text support between sessions for when something comes up at 9pm on a Tuesday.

    Why It Works

Change happens below the surface — so that's where we go.

Your conscious mind updated years ago. The part of you that runs your heart rate, your startle, your bracing never got the message — it's still working from an older file. Hypnosis is a focused, deeply relaxed state. It doesn't override anything. It gives that older, faster part of you a chance to be heard, and to update.

    About Haley

    Haley Baillio Hanchey

I'm Haley — a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), specialized in hypnotherapy, and a space-holder for high-functioning individuals who are ready to stop holding it all together and start coming home to themselves.

Before stepping into this integrative work, I spent years in traditional clinical spaces — first as a critical care nurse, then as a psychiatric nurse practitioner supporting patients across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings. I earned my nursing degrees from Old Dominion University and hold certifications in hypnosis, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS).

While I'm grounded in clinical training, what I've come to believe is this: real healing doesn't happen when we're just managing symptoms or pushing through. It happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what's really going on beneath the surface.

That's the space I've created here.

This work blends science and soul — rooted in nervous system care, subconscious healing, and deep mind-body connection. It's for the high-functioning individual who shows up, holds it together, and keeps moving — yet quietly aches for exhale. You don't need another strategy to do more. You need a sacred space to come home to yourself.

I believe healing should feel like a remembering — not another thing to fix. And I believe thriving doesn't have to come at the cost of holding it all together.

If that speaks to you, welcome in. Let's rise from within.

    WHAT I BELIEVE

You don't need another strategy to do more.

You need a sacred space to come home to yourself.

    In Their Words

    What people say afterward.

I went in skeptical — I thought hypnotherapy meant something completely different. It's not about being hypnotized. It's getting into a calm, relaxed state where you can process thoughts and emotions in a way that's incredibly insightful. It helped me recognize patterns I hadn't noticed before.

    — Kyle C.

Massage therapy has helped my body and talk therapy my mental — hypno is helping me heal and access my soul. Her calming presence helped guide me to connect with myself and learn how to trust my inner knowing.

    — Julianne S.

I'm a hypnotherapy practitioner myself and wanted to try a new style, and I'm so glad I did. I finished the session feeling centered, lighter, with more clarity. A gentle, well-paced approach.

    — Mary C.

    Before You Book

    The questions people actually ask.

No. This is hypnosis and nervous-system work, offered as wellness services — not psychotherapy, not medication management, not crisis care, and not provided under my nurse practitioner license. My clinical training shapes how I work. It isn't the service you're buying.

Neither. You'll be awake, aware, and able to stop at any point. Hypnosis is closer to the state you're in when a film pulls you all the way in — absorbed, focused, and still entirely yourself.

Yes. The work depends on your attention and your nervous system, not on us sharing a room. Most people find it easier from home, in a space where their body already feels safe.

We talk first — what's running, and when it started. Then we work: a guided induction, then time in a relaxed, focused state where we can meet the pattern directly. We close with room to come back and make sense of it. The length is deliberate. This doesn't go well rushed.

One is often enough for something specific and contained. Patterns that have been protecting you since childhood usually need more room. We'll talk it through on the consult, and I won't sell you a package you don't need.

Not at all, and I'd encourage you to keep both. This isn't a replacement for either one. If it feels useful, tell them you're doing this work.

Almost everyone can enter the state. What varies is how quickly and how deeply. If your system doesn't want to go there in the first session, that's information, not failure. We work with what it gives us.

There's a short intake form — it helps me understand what's bringing you in so we can use the consult for the actual conversation instead of basics. It takes a few minutes and it's optional before the call, though most people find the call more useful having done it.

Ryze & Align does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.
